 Meet our Team:

 

    Dana Trumann, Broker/Team Leader        

Dana  has been a Portland Area Business Owner for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, from Lesley College, Cambridge, Ma.  He retired as a Chief Petty Officer from the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve with over 21 years, 8 which were active duty. Designations from the National Association of Realtors include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Energy Smart Real Estate Specialist,  and Senior Housing Specialist. He is one of a handful of agents in the state with the EcoBroker designation from EcoBroker International, and is able to assist buyer and seller clients with eco-friendly housing goals. In addition to the national and state residential Realtor organizations, he is a member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors as well as the Maine and National Apartment Associations, and is pursuing advanced commercial real estate training with the CCIM institute in pursuit of the CCIM designation. He is a member of  Kora Shriners, and the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce. He is an avid Surfer and Guitar Player.

 

 

     Deb Sileo, Associate Broker/Executive Assistant

Deb has a degree in travel and tourism.  Prior to real estate she owned and operated a  business in Yarmouth for ten years.  Deb is committed to providing the highest quality of customer service, and as a licensed agent provides additional value and benefit to a client as many administrative personnel in the industry are not licensed.  Deb works with buyers and sellers to make sure that their transactions go smoothly from beginning to end - she coordinates all aspects of a clients closing, and holds all people in the process accountable.  Deb coordinates the extensive marketing of a clients home to ensure a successful transaction, in spite of the current market challenges.      Patty Felker, Associate Broker/Exclusive Buyer Agent

Patty has a degree from Southern Maine Technical College in South Portland.  Patty is one of the team's Exclusive Buyer Agents, and is adept at helping first time buyers as well as investors get "great deals" in this current Buyers Market, as well as seeking out the fine Luxury homes we have available in Cumberland County.  You'll appreciate her enthusiasm to research the market and advise you on a fair offer price and negotiating strategy.  She takes the stress out of buying a home guiding buyers through the whole process, pulling our partners in to assist with a transaction, from financing to property inspections, and all points in between!  Patty has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Energy Smart Real Estate Specialist designations from the National Association of Realtors. Patty resides in Yarmouth with her three children, Hannah, Brandon and Viola.  She is actively involved in school functions and the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce.
